  8. Our investigators are trained to the highest standards from the outset using in-house procedures and constant verification to ensure that the excellent reputation established is maintained.

  9. Verification of conduct (review/update/upgrade)
  10. A system of continual evaluation ensures compliance at all times together with a check establishing the continued high quality of reports and information supplied.

  11. Legal
  12. By careful enquiry ensure our clients have lawful and moral justification to instruct us.

  13. Moral
  14. Investigators will perform their duties in accordance with the highest moral principles and never employ practices that lack decency or use conduct that would bring reproach.

  15. Ethical
  16. To ensure that all investigators comply with this code of ethics. Only with the express consent of our client will outside agencies be approached and these agents will only be instructed providing they adhere to this policy.

  17. Report back truthfully and comprehensively
  18. To supply the client with a full report including all facts whether these are advantageous or detrimental, always conforming to the requirements of the Law.

  19. Work in conjunction with professional bodies
  20. To work with other accredited professional bodies to ensure that our clients' requirements are fully satisfied.

  21. Integrity
  22. The policy of using only proper and respectable practises will ensure that our high principles are maintained.
